Organic Tulsi (Holy Basil) Powder

What is it:

Referred to as the ‘elixir of life’ in Ayurveda, Tulsi belongs to the basil family. It is one of the best examples of Ayurveda’s holistic approach to health, making it a very popular herb in Western Science. It works synergistically with other herbs such as Ashwagandha and Turmeric, making it an excellent choice for herbal teas! Cultivation of Tulsi plants has both spiritual and practical significance in Hinduism, as it is believed to connect one to the creative powers of nature.

How to use: 

Wellness*: Mix 1 tsp of the powder in a little bit of boiling water. Add a sweetener - maple syrup, honey or sugar. If you prefer a hot latte, top it up with hot milk of choice, otherwise add ice and top it up with cold milk!

It can also be added directly to your favourite shakes, smoothies, oatmeal, soups or curries for an added boost.

Skin/Hair Care: Mix the desired amount in your face pack, hair mask, etc. and apply directly on your face or scalp. It can also be infused in any oil for direct application!
